The stilts can be made in two different heights. For beginners, it is advisable to use only the height 45 cm. With a little experience and confidence, you can move to a height of 90 cm. Changing from short to long stilts is very easy. You can bend the top around your leg so that it fits perfectly around your leg. On the footrest you can attach a pair of shoes so that you stand the finest.

Color extensions: silver/gray Previously the extensions were black but the new (silver colored) ones have some advantages. The new extensions sit better in the sets, there is even less play so the extensions stay firmly in place. The new extensions also incorporate springs that absorb shocks. This makes walking on the stilts even finer.
