The cap at the back of the stick can be removed by pulling the silicone casing a little towards the front of the stick.

1. Pull the silicone handle forward (top of the stick)
2. The cap becomes visible and can be detached.
3. Thread the rope through the stick and the cap.
4. Tie a knot behind the cap.
5. Push the cap back into the stick.
6. Pull the silicone handle back over the cap to the end of the stick.
