The knot uses approximately 0.5 meters of the fabric, and you also need extra length on the ground for wraps. To determine the correct length of your Aerial Silks, multiply the ceiling height by 2 and add 2 meters. For example, if the rig height is 4 meters, the correct length is 8 + 2 = 10 meters
