The outer diameter of the carbon rod is 22 mm. It is wrapped with Goat Grip Tape, providing grip and a pleasant surface structure
Below, you can choose from three sizes. Although there are no fixed guidelines for the "correct" length of the staff, depending on your height, we recommend the following sizes:
- Height: > 183cm, Staff Length: 150 cm
- Height: 170cm - 183cm, Staff Length: 145 cm
- Height: < 170cm, Staff Length: 140 cm
