Free-standing Aerial Frame

Free-standing Aerial Frame

The Aerial Frame is certified and suitable for professional antenna installations. It contains no welded parts, which adds extra stability

The anchor plate (8 mm) and feet (4 mm) are made of laser-cut folded steel. The legs are made of galvanized steel. All parts are rust-resistant

The total weight of the rig at full size is 110 kg

Transport and Assembly

The frame can be assembled without tools. The heaviest part weighs only 10 kg. The leg sections are 175 cm long and are secured together with a strap. All other parts fit into a case measuring 60 x 40 x 40 cm. The legs are clicked together using a pressure lock and secured to the anchor plate and footings with 12 mm hinge pins

Configurations

The aerial platform can be assembled at various heights:

  • With 5 pieces per leg and a steel cable set of 5 meters, you achieve a height of 7 meters with a base of 5.4 x 5.4 x 5.4 meters

  • With 3 pieces per leg and a steel cable set of 3 meters, you achieve a height of 4.2 meters with a base of 3.4 x 3.4 x 3.4 meters

Air supports can be attached directly to the anchor plate or using a rope-pulley-clamp system. The necessary components for this are included in the delivery (see images left and below)

The fabrics and crash mats shown in the photos are not included in the delivery. See the images below for more information. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by phone
