The knot uses approximately 0.5 meters of fabric, and additional length is needed on the ground for wraps. To determine the correct length of your aerial silks, multiply the height of your rig by 2 and add an extra 2 meters. For example, if the height of the rig is 4 meters, the correct length is 8+2=10 meters
