When setting up your Aerial Silks, consider that the knot will use approximately 0.5 meters of the fabric, and you'll need extra length on the ground for wrapping. To calculate the correct length of your Aerial Silks, multiply the ceiling height by 2 and add 2 meters. For example, for a rig height of 4 meters, the correct length would be 8 + 2 = 10 meters
