Inside, there is another wick tape that is moistened with oil, while the external wick tape is dampened with water. This allows the inner part of the ball to burn without injuring your hand when catching it
Included in the delivery is a bottle for soaking the inner wick tape and a bag for storing the balls
The black silicone caps on the outside of the balls protect your hands. They should under no circumstances be removed
